Extradry is an innovative concept in the Basque Country, inthe art of cocktails, mixology and cooking .
The world of cock tails is changing fast, and Extradry founder Vianney, a passionate bartender and mixologist, wanted to bring a solution to individuals and professionals with ready-to-use garnishes.
Barman since the age of 18, then bar manager at "Les Baigneuses" in Biarritz, Vianney and his team create endless cocktails, and the evidence is there.

Food dehydration is the oldest known method of preservation. Our oldest ancestors used this process to effectively preserve all their energy and nutritional values.
Nowadays, however, new technology is at work: no sunlight is needed for natural dehydration !!!!!
Because it's essential for us to offer you quality products for a more than perfect finish, whether for your cocktails or your culinary preparations, we've chosen a professional method.
We use professional dehydration equipment.
HOW IS FRUIT DEHYDRATED?
The process is very slow, taking several hours - to be precise, between 18 and 40 hours - as the hot air circulates and slowly dehydrates the fruit. The slices of fruit are cut into regular pieces, about 4mm thick, and then placed on trays one on top of the other in the machine.
The slower the dehydration time, the better, as the water is gradually eliminated, preserving all the nutritional values, taste and color for a result close to that of fresh fruit.
It has been observed that the concentration of beta carotene, vitamin B, calcium, potassium, magnesium and iron is 4 to 5 times higher, a guaranteed boost for your snacks!
Next, we hand-sort the dehydrated fruit slices, selecting them carefully to offer you the very best in taste and appearance. We have a system of batch traceability, as well as analyses carried out by an external laboratory.
HOW TO USE FRUIT DEHYDRATES?
Extradry supports bartenders, mixologists and cocktail aficionados in the creation of home-made cocktails, as well as gourmets and pastry enthusiasts.
Our dehydrated fruit slices are packaged in resealable airtight jars or sachets to protect from heat and light. Keep them cool, dry and protected from light.
Our Extradry dehydrated fruit slices should be handled with care, using a pair of garnishing tongs.
So there's no excuse to use them in any way you see fit, even the craziest!
