When we say that a fruit is freeze-dried, we mean that it has been frozen before being dehydrated, whereas dehydrated fruit comes from fresh fruit. Dried fruit is made using a different method: it is dried at a high temperature, which takes less time, whereas dehydrated fruit is exposed to a low temperature, so the process takes longer.
The fruit is not certified organic, but is processed without additives, preservatives or added sugar, and is 100% natural. The fruits have been tested by Labhya Laboratoire and are vegan.
